• Eleva la cantidad de niveles de 50 a 61.
• Nuevas habilidades.
• Nuevos tipos de enemigos. Entre ellos: Devastator – un robot gigante, que fácilmente puede aplastar el héroe de los pobres, Pyro Lancer – lanzallamas de elite, Crimson Assassin – Ninja patinador con dos espadas en sus manos, Lance Probe, volador y muy peligroso.
• Muchas locaciones nuevas, especialmente grandes y abiertos (con excepción de la ciudad de T-Bone Junction) – la mayoría de ellos resulta ideal para ser recorridos con vehiculos. Se presto gran atencion al diseño de los terrenos baldios.
• El garaje esta revisado e innovado: Monster  un vehículo de seis ruedas, todo terreno con un lanzacohetes y una ametralladora, para dos personas; Racer – una variación en el coche estándar, que rápidamente puede llevar a la gente de un extremo a otro del mapa; Lancer – el primer coche diseñado específicamente para cuatro jugadores. Un jugador maneja el volante, otro dispara un cañón, el tercero coloca minas en la carretera, y el cuarto hace acelerar utilizando el poder de los autos enemigos
